What a great start to the 2009 Football Season for the Bobcats on every level!

The varsity squad has taken care of business, holding their own in two scrimmages and shutting out East Juniata and Biglerville.

The freshmen squad also got off to a good start, holding off a pesky Biglerville squad.

Our NEYSA kids are playing their butts off and had a wonderful weekend against local competition.

Life is good in Bobcat Country!

It won't always be this easy, as we are entering into our 'death row' stretch of games- with Central, Susky, Suburban, West York, Kennard-Dale, and Littlestown in consecutive weeks.  If we can get out of there at least 4-4, we will head down the stretch with a legitimate chance at the District 3 PLAYOFFS!!!  Can you believe it??  How amazing would that be for a 2nd year program to make the playoffs?  It would be proof that hard work and dedication pay off, and not many schools work harder than us.

Our seniors have come through huge this season, with outstanding play from Santiago, Powell, Westover, Steadman, Kinsler, Bair, and others.  Hopefully we get Justin Michalak on the field again within the next two or three weeks.  It will bolster our team on both sides of the ball for sure.
